Gail Greenough
Greenough Equestrian is owned and operated by Gail Greenough. Gail is the only female and North American rider to have won the World Championships. Gail has competed successfully for the Canadian Team in the 80’s and 90’s with a return in 2003 where she finished 2nd in the Pan American Trials.
Although Gail has been successful in the showjumping arena, she also has had many coaching victories. She has coached at the Atlanta Olympic games and more recently coached the winner of the CET equitation finals at the Toronto Royal Winter Fair as well as a silver medal finish at the North American Young Riders in Virginia.
Being based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, most competions take place at the famed Spruce Meadows. Gail’s riders have enjoyed countless successes at this world renowned facility.
Peeter Aitken
Peeter Aitken has been working in this industry for 35 years. He worked for the famed rider Harvey Smith for 5 years. Peeter was the manager for Leone Farm for 10 years where he managed all three brothers, Armond, Peter, and Mark and their Grand Prix mounts.
Peeter also worked for Susan Bond, an Australian Tem rider for 7 years where they competed internationally. Peeters’ vast experience and knowledge rounds out the team.
